Accession Partnership

The Commission is invited to submit a proposal for a revised Accession Partnership and to intensify the process of legislative scrutiny.

The Commission considers that it established a satisfactory project appraisal system under the TPA, because compliance with the Accession Partnership priorities was one of the selection criteria under the TPA.

Here the Court assessed whether the project selection process ensured that financed projects were in accordance with: directly addressed Accession Partnership priorities; specific objectives and performance monitoring; good planning and implementation feasibility.
